Landlord Fees

As of the 1st June 2019 all Landlords will be required to pay a Set Up Fee for the Tenants Referencing, Checks, Immigration checking and Contracts.


The Set up Fees are as follows:

  • Single Dwelling     £100 per Application / Let 
  • HMO (Per room)   £50  per Application / Let
  • AST renewal £50
  • Guarantor checks £50 per guarantor
  • Take over Inventory £75


Full Management Fees covers the following:-

  • Photos and Exclusive Marketing with On The Market 
  • Viewings
  • Tenant Screening
  • Move In / Move out Inventories including 360 degree imaging 
  • Deposit Lodging with the Deposit Protection Scheme (where required)
  • Quarterly property checks
  • Rent Collection
  • Rent Reviews
  • Renewals
  • Re Marketing / Advertising when required
  • 24 hour Maintenance reporting system
  • 24 Emergency Number
  • Access to your Accounts with our excellent and transparent Accounting system

Full Management Fees are as follows:-


  • HMO 13%
  • Single Dwelling(s) 10%
  • Accounting Fees £5 per rental collected 

Management Fees are taken each month from the rent collected, this will be stated on Landlords invoices.
